Houston Rockets star Kevin Durant is unquestionably a future first ballot Hall of Famer and he is definitely in the discussion as to who is the best scorer to ever play for the NBA. Durant's legacy is secure; He has two championships to his name, has won two Finals MVPs, and he was a regular season MVP in 2014.
However, Durant's investigation makes sense. He gave up some legacy points by joining the Golden State Warriors (where he won a title), and he has yet to blossom into the undisputed best player on any team. He came close a few times with the Oklahoma City Thunder but pulled the plug just as OKC was reaching its peak with the Durant-Russell Westbrook duo.
Now, many are convinced Durant can't hack it as "the man" — Houston-based rapper Killa Kylan said in a guest appearance on the Road Trippin' Show's Perk Unplugged segment that the Rockets star serves as a competing team's "Robin," not "Batman."
"I'm going to say this, and I'm going to say it looking into the camera. Easy Money, I rock with you my boy, but you're the best Robin to ever play basketball. You're not Batman. That's not Batman," said Killa Kylon.
"He's good for scoring, no doubt about that. He can pick off the son of a b***h and perform well, but when you need that team leadership and when you need that nucleus to be Batman, he's not going to be Bruce Wayne."

"I'm going to tell you this, he's Nightwing. Nightwing was the best motherf**king version of Robin ever. He was ultimately a superhero of the caliber of Batman, but he always lived in the shadows. Wherever he went, he was never a bus driver," Killa Kylan said.
