Pascal Gros has admitted that Brighton's biggest problem this season has been an inability to find consistency, as he has also issued a strong defense of head coach Fabian Herzeler amid growing frustration from supporters.

With a tough home clash against Liverpool following the trip to Sunderland, the coming weeks could define Brighton's season, and how long patience lasts around the Amex.
