Juventus may have an unexpected ally in their pursuit of Bernardo Silva: midfielder Francisco Conceição.
The 23-year-old has admitted that he would recommend his Portuguese teammate to Juventus if the club asked him for help.
His comments follow reports from Turkiye which claim Galatasaray are ready to offer Silva €15m-a-year to join this summer. Galatasaray have scheduled a second round of talks with Silva's agents in April.
Silva's contract at Manchester City expires at the end of the season. All signs suggest he is ready to end his trophy-laden nine-year stay at the Etihad.
Galatasaray's €15m offer changes the landscape
Galatasaray have moved aggressively to gain an edge over their European rivals.
Reports today claim the Turkish giants are heading towards a second phase of talks with plans for €15m per year plus bonuses.
Few European clubs are believed to be willing or able to match that level of wages. Juventus is one of those clubs.
Juventus scouts and officials kept a close eye on Silva for several months.
They reportedly look at the Manchester City star A player who can change his team Next season. Galatasaray's financial pressures may now force Juventus to rethink their strategy.
One potential ace up their sleeve is Conceição himself. The midfielder has made it clear that he is ready to be involved if the need arises.

Despite Galatasaray's financial strength, Juventus will remain confident of getting Silva's signature this summer.
Salary won't be the only factor in Silva's decision this summer. Juventus may be able to convince him given their sporting projects, Champions League football and perhaps familiarity with Portuguese players like Conceição.
The pair have played together for Portugal, starring in matches during and since Euro 2024. Super-agent Jorge Mendes represents both players. That connection could prove important.
With Silva's agents set to hold talks with Galatasaray in April, Juventus know they must act immediately – and Conceição could still play a decisive role.
