Chelsea's Romeo Lavia will not be part of the Belgium U21 squad for the current international break.
The midfielder has repeatedly struggled with injuries since joining Chelsea from Southampton for £53m in August 2023.
Since then, he has been off the field for just over 600 days and missed 98 matches. The 22-year-old has made seven regular appearances since the start of the month.
