The questions to him were straightforward, including whether he would like Enzo Fernandez to join him at Real Madrid.
"Franco, you can have Enzo as a teammate, what does that mean? Would you like that?" Journalists asked him.
"Of course I will," He replied.
Journalists pressed him again, suggesting that Enzo's recent comments about Real Madrid were a sign Mastantuno shrugged it off as best he could.
"He said he would like to stay in Madrid, that's a sign, isn't it?" There was a second question.
"Honestly, I don't know anything." He replied. The clip has since spread across Argentina, bringing the Fernandez rumors back into the spotlight.

Enzo Fernandez's future at Chelsea has become one of the main topics in Argentina during this international break.
He and his wife have made statements hinting at a move to Real Madrid, with the midfielder admitting that he would like to stay in Madrid.
"I would like to live there and experience, I don't know. I really like Madrid; it reminds me a lot of Buenos Aires," He said on this subject.
This has reopened the window for a possible transfer this summer. There were reports linking Real Madrid with a move last summer and a midfield rebuild could also take place this summer. The player has also hinted at unrest behind the scenes.
Franco Mastantuono's comments will only add fuel to the fire. In fairness, it seemed like he was aware of it and was clearly trying to deflect attention. It appears that this is something that has failed miserably.
