Manchester UnitedManuel Ugarte says he has been solely focused on the World Cup in recent months.
The Uruguay international arrived at Old Trafford from Paris Saint-Germain in August 2024 and made 45 appearances last season.
However, his playing time at Manchester United decreased significantly this season, being limited to 1,005 minutes in 24 matches.
Since taking over from Michael Carrick in January, the midfielder has played just 155 minutes in seven matches. This included 90 minutes in the Red Devils' league defeat to Leeds United in April, his last appearance.
