The newspaper reports that while Ricardo Pepi's future at PSV Eindhoven remains in limbo, a move to Fulham may now be completely ruled out.
Fulham initially tried to sign him in the January transfer window, before PSV ultimately blocked that idea.
Marco Silva's side then returned and negotiated a deal with PSV Eindhoven to include the striker in the summer transfer window.
The deal went so far that Pepi even traveled to London to meet Fulham and undergo a medical.
But it ultimately collapsed, with Fulham and PSV unable to agree on the timing of a summer transfer and when the Premier League side would officially take over the rights of the 23-year-old. allegedly the whole matter The striker was extremely disappointed with Fulham.
