Barcelona could afford to sign Manchester City star Erling Haaland or Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez in the summer.
This is according to Joan Soler, who has been part of Joan Laporta's board since 2021. He has stepped down along with Laporta and the rest of the board as the chairman is seeking re-election during the upcoming election.
