Zane Sellar has not performed well since his swap from FC Lugano for QPR in July 2024.
The striker scored two goals in 1,210 minutes in 22 appearances in his first season at QPR.
Last summer, the Championship club allowed the 26-year-old to move on a season-long loan to Fortuna Düsseldorf.

Compared to last season, QPR's player ownership situation has gone from bad to worse. He has played 330 minutes in 13 matches and has failed to score or contribute an assist this season.

Fortuna Düsseldorf started the season with Daniel Thioune as their manager and replaced him with Markus Anfang in October.
Sellars has made three starts so far and all under Thioune in the first three matches of this season.
Since Anfang took over, he has played 134 minutes in nine matches, 25 of which have been since December.
Why can't sellers get minutes?
The Slovenian is not getting regular minutes as Cedric Itten is first choice for Anfang. He has contributed 10 goals and two assists, making it difficult for Sellers to start matches.
Furthermore, the QPR striker hardly showed anything even when given a few minutes.
The newspaper says: 'Selar has had little impact under Anfang's management, which is why he is now sidelined altogether or, if he plays at all, is only brought on for the last few minutes.'
The player will return to QPR after this season and will have to decide his future in the summer.
