West Ham loanee Niklas Fulkrug has barely made an impression at AC Milan, despite scoring against Lecce at the start of the season.
The German has yet to start once in Serie A, missing a vital penalty against Pisa a few weeks ago. This led to Milan losing points against one of the worst teams in the division and they soon fell behind in the title race.
Since then, the striker has always played less than 30 minutes in each game.

Now, question marks are being raised over his suitability and whether he can really cut it at AC Milan.
Fulkrug lacks stability
DAZN spoke with correspondent Tommaso Tursi PianetaMilan about striker
He made it clear that the Germany international needs to play more to get back to his best form. But even that is not happening.
"To be honest, I expected a little more consistency from Fulkrug. He is a player who needs to play to get into top form; he struggles to find his best form in fits and starts."
Tursi believes Milan have not yet made a final decision about a loan deal from West Ham.
“I think an evaluation for him will be done at the end of the season.”
The journalist believes that the 33-year-old is not really useful in the current setup under Max Allegri. He is not expected to play nearly 20 minutes every game.
"If he comes on in the last 10/15 minutes, he is not a useful player unless he is there to stop some balls; rather, he should be a maneuverable center around which the team can build. We need to understand how Milan and Massimiliano Allegri will evaluate him."
Fulkrug should return to West Ham
The way things are going, staying at Milan for a long time won't help the striker either. The Rossoneri are looking at youth options for next season and Fulkrug probably needs another new club.
West Ham also have no use for him and will demand his permanent exit. he paid He will have to rely on his agent to find £55million and another club to sign him permanently.
So he reached an agreement with Milan and now he should lay the foundation for another move.
