For the second time in as many nights, and the NHL organization has made a major change to its personnel, leaving New Jersey Devils fans wondering if they will follow through.

New Jersey Hockey Now: As soon as Bruce Cassidy was let go on Sunday, a few people immediately messaged me asking if I thought he would be a good fit for the New Jersey bench. Well, here's why I'm not so sure about it, as well as why Sheldon Keefe may not be going anywhere.
