
chelsea Goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen suffered a groin injury in March and has been on the sidelines since then.
The 23-year-old has been second-choice at Chelsea behind Robert Sanchez.
Before his failure, Liam Rosenior had made his debut in the league win over Aston Villa and the 5–2 Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in March.
With Celtic star Kasper Schmeichel out for the season, the 23-year-old got his chance to start for Denmark in the March international break. However, this setback also meant that he could not represent the national team.

Chelsea close to star Jorgensen
Joao Pedro arrived at Stamford Bridge from Brighton & Hove Albion last summer. He has given an interview to Viaplay and bold Philip Jorgensen has released his comments.
The Blues star has developed a close relationship with the goalkeeper in his debut season and he now talks about his groin injury.
"He is going through a tough time at the moment because he has been injured. So, we are trying to help him. He is a really good guy, and he is very professional both on and off the field. He tries to help everyone," He said.
"We are very close because our girlfriends also try to hang out together. Off the field, we are always joking with each other. So, we are very close."
Jorgensen joined Chelsea in August 2024 after spending seven years at Villarreal and has made 34 appearances so far. It covers 10 matches this season and his Premier League statistics are as follows:

Chelsea loanee suffers latest blow
Chelsea cut short Aaron Anselmino's loan stay at Borussia Dortmund and sent him on loan to RC Strasbourg in the winter market. The 20-year-old Argentinian has played 15 minutes in three matches for the French club.
A hamstring injury kept him out of action for more than a month in February. Last weekend, the Blues man returned to the field in Strasbourg's 3-1 win over OGC Nice.
Team Now reports are that he has suffered a fresh setback, forcing him to spend more time away from the field. Strasbourg manager Gary O'Neill has confirmed the latest injury.
"This time it is the other hamstring, he will have to undergo tests to determine the severity of the injury," He said.
What do these injuries mean for Chelsea?
The Premier League side will be waiting for Filip Jorgensen to return soon and make himself available for selection.
Aaron Anselmino's latest injury will have no impact on Chelsea this season, but his repeated failures will certainly be a concern for them.
