Standard UFC bouts consist of three rounds, each round lasting five minutes, with a one-minute break between rounds. Title fights and main events in the UFC take place over the final five rounds, each round being five minutes long, with a one-minute break between rounds.
The UFC is leaving ESPN+ and moving its live events to Paramount+ and CBS starting in 2026. The seven-year deal includes all numbered PPV events and fight nights, all available through a base subscription.
