FC Copenhagen are interested in bringing Tottenham Hotspur Sports director Johan Lang returned to the club.
The current Tottenham official began his management career with the Danish club in 2008 as an academy manager.
Three years later, Copenhagen promoted him to their assistant manager, and he left them for Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2012.
In 2013, Lyngby BK appointed him as their manager, before returning to FCK. Between January 2014 and December 2017, Lang worked as development director, technical director, and assistant manager.
Lang's work in Denmark convinced Aston Villa to appoint him as their sporting director in July 2020. Three years later, he left the Europa League winners for Tottenham.

Friday edition of spare magazine Tottenham look at Johan Lang's situation at Hotspur and also address the interest of FC Copenhagen.
Spurs endured a difficult season which saw them have three different mangers. Roberto De Zerbi arrived in March and helped the north London club avoid relegation.
His poor season led to suggestions that Lang's position at the north London club could be under threat.
The Danish newspaper has covered it and claimed that FC Copenhagen would love to bring the 46-year-old back to the club 'when the time is right'.
However, the director's situation at Tottenham has recently improved to the extent that his position is no longer under threat. In fact, Spurs have confidence in him moving forward. Ekstra Bladet presents this as their own information, so it's likely coming from Lange's camp.
Director is already active
Johan Lang has been active this summer as Tottenham Hotspur have already signed Andrew Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Jan Paul van Hecke.
Spurs are also looking at Newcastle United's Sandro Tonali and West Ham United's Mateus Fernandes to improve their midfield and are working on improvements in other areas.
There will surely be more arrivals before the window closes on September 1.
