Crystal Palace star Jeremy Pino will today undergo a test on a collarbone injury which could end his World Cup participation.

The newspaper has reported 'bad news' for the Spanish national team today after their win over Uruguay.
The Crystal Palace forward suffered a fall during a challenge in the game, leaving him with a serious collarbone injury. Manager Luis de la Fuente highlighted the seriousness of the situation after the match.
"Unfortunately, it could be a collarbone injury; we'll have to wait and see – he has to be tested tomorrow," he said.
"He's in a lot of pain, and the effort he put in to get to the end of the match is tremendous; it's been a heroic performance. I'm very grateful, and his teammates are even more grateful."

The newspaper reports that initial tests in the dressing room after the game were not positive. He suggested the Crystal Palace forward had broken his collarbone. He was later seen leaving the stadium in a sling.
If that injury is now confirmed, he will be unable to play the remaining matches of the World Cup. And, unfortunately for Spain, De La Fuente will not be able to call up another player from his starting squad to replace the 23-year-old.
According to Marca, his absence will impact Spain's attacking plans. He shares the role of 'Game Changer' with Victor Munoz. But the new player who joined Liverpool is also struggling for fitness. At present they are being treated with kid gloves. De La Fuente could now be left without both players.
This will be a big blow to their hopes of progressing to the knockout stage. But for now, let's wait and see. Today's tests will reveal more. All indications are that this will not be good news.
