Cubby cloned a dead dog and took it on a trip to Miami

Tom Brady was spotted walking his dog after completing a gym session in Surfside, Florida on Wednesday afternoon. There is nothing strange in this. Correct?

Correct?

The seven-time Super Bowl champion, wearing his signature Noble gear and carrying a gym bag, led the pup through a Miami-area neighborhood before speeding back to his car.

However, viewers immediately noticed that the dog bore a striking resemblance to Brady’s late pitbull mix, Lua — and for good reason: The dog walking next to him was Junie, an exact genetic clone of the beloved family pet.

A clone. Bruh.

Tom Brady was spotted casually walking his cloned dog Junie in Miami

Well, it’s good to see Brady relaxing here. Concentrated. As they proceeded down the road, they paid their full attention to the dog.

Juni Lua has an attractive image. You’d hope so, because I’m sure he paid a lot of money to buy the clone.

The puppy was walking comfortably on a leash and was getting curious glances from the locals in Miami’s upscale neighborhood. This brief public appearance was one of the first widely photographed moments of Brady out and about with the cloned dog after news of the unusual arrangement broke last year.

Brady publicly revealed in November last year that Junie was created through non-invasive cloning technology from a blood sample taken from Lua before she passed away in 2023.

Which was right after his divorce from Gisele Bundchen. Take into account his struggles leading up to retirement, and one can imagine that Brady has separation anxiety.

Working with biotech firm Colossal Biosciences — a company in which Brady is an investor — the former NFL star gave his three children a “second chance” along with their beloved family pet.

While Brady saw the move as one out of love for his animals, the confession sparked widespread reaction online, with many calling it “weird” and questioning why he didn’t adopt a shelter dog instead.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, who described himself as both “a dog guy and a Brady guy,” expressed this sentiment bluntly: “It’s weird as f—.”

Cloning a pet typically costs between $50,000 and $85,000.

Rumors of AJ Styles officially dead in AEW after big update on new WWE contract

AJ Styles has officially secured his future with WWE by signing a new contract that transitions him to a backstage role in talent development.

Following his retirement following his loss to Gunther at the 2026 Royal Rumble, speculation ran rampant as to whether “The Phenomenal One” would seek free agency or potentially join AEW. However, PWInsider reports that multiple sources within the company have confirmed that Styles and WWE have agreed to a new multi-year deal focused on talent development.

The new deal effectively ends rumors of Styles continuing his in-ring career elsewhere. Instead of testing the open market, the two-time WWE Champion is potentially taking on a role overseeing the development of upcoming talent at the WWE Performance Center.

The move is in line with comments made by Styles during his retirement tour, where he said he wanted to “beat the house” and transition to being a consultant while he was still mentally and physically sharp.

News of the contract follows an emotional tribute to Styles on the February 23 edition of Monday Night Raw in his home state of Georgia. During that broadcast, The Undertaker made a surprise appearance and officially announced Styles as the second inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2026.

Styles will be joined by Stephanie McMahon at the event, which is set to take place in Las Vegas during WrestleMania 42 week. PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that the decision to retain Styles was a priority for Triple H and Nick Khan, who see Styles’ experience in TNA, NJPW, and WWE as a huge asset to the current youth movement in NXT.

While AEW was reportedly willing to make a significant offer to get Styles back in the ring, the veteran has chosen the stability of a backstage role that allows him to spend more time with his family in Georgia.

Jaden Ivey reveals ‘old man is dead’ over injury issue ‘worrying’

The trade of Jayden Ivey from the Detroit Pistons to the Chicago Bulls was meant to give him a fresh start and new opportunities, but after only five games, he has already been removed from the rotation.

Bulls guard Jaden Ivey’s comments following his first career DNP have raised concerns about his health and future. His absence came during Thursday’s 110–101 loss to the Toronto Raptors, the team’s seventh straight loss.

Opening up about his absence, Ivy got candid about the struggles he is facing physically and mentally.

“I’ve been dealing with pain in my knee. I’m sure people can tell it – I’m not the same player I used to be. This is why. I’m not the G I used to be. The old G is dead. No matter the basketball setting, I’m alive in Christ. … It doesn’t matter how many DNPs, how many points I score, those things are a temporary thing. Jesus is eternal.”

Acting head coach Wes Unseld addressed the reasons behind Jaden Ivey’s surprising DNP after the game.

Unseld described this choice as a “basketball decision”, according to Joel Lorenzi.

“It’s really hard to play six guards,” he said, noting that the team’s recent roster changes have made the rotation more crowded.

When questioned about whether Ivey’s upcoming restricted free agency influenced the decision, Unseld chose not to comment.

“That conversation is probably above my pay grade,” he said.

Ivey missed Thursday night’s game but handled it with grace. He recognized his physical limitations without making any excuses, considered the situation through his faith, and insisted that he would be ready when the opportunity arose.

Now the Bulls have to decide when that opportunity will come. Unseld said it is not his job to make major decisions, leaving it to the front office to make sure Ivey’s role matches his value in rebuilding the team.

Ivey accepted the reality of the NBA and his place on the roster, and explained his perspective on sitting out.

“Going into it, you’ve got to look at who’s on the roster. … Making trades, that’s what happens in the NBA.”

In 37 games with Detroit and Chicago this season, Ivy is averaging 8.5 points in 18.1 minutes per game. In his four contests with the Bulls, he has averaged 11.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 28.8 minutes.

The loss dropped Chicago to 24–32, leaving them in 12th place in the Eastern Conference. Brandon Ingram had 31 points, eight rebounds and six assists as Toronto improved to 33-23.
