Manchester United Atalanta are closing in on a deal for midfielder Ederson to join this summer.

According to the journalist, Ederson is headed to the Premier League this summer, with Manchester United having reached an agreement for his potential Casemiro replacement.

The former Real Madrid player is departing on a free transfer at the end of June, leaving Manchester United with a huge hole to fill in their midfield.

The 34-year-old has been revitalized under Michael Carrick, who has played a key role in guiding United to Champions League football. He has been asked to stay for another year, but he is leaving. A move to Inter Miami looks likely to link up with Lionel Messi.

And it seems Manchester United have wasted no time in securing his replacement. According to Crisatiello, the deal for Ederson is almost complete. United have reached agreement on all fronts on a €50m deal for the Atalanta midfielder.
