When he works with good talent, Rush has shown he can make an impact under center and has some big wins as well as 300-plus yard games on his resume. If he were to start for the Chiefs early in the season, he could manage the offense and help the team get some wins. But when Mahomes returns, Kansas City will have one of the better backup signal-callers in the game.

Tottenham goalkeeper Antonin Kinski has been told he has ‘no other choice’ but to leave Spurs whenever possible and rebuild elsewhere.

This advice comes from his homeland Czech Republic, And IDNES today. The newspaper covered the 22-year-old today after his horror performance against Atletico Madrid.

Kinski made his first appearance in the Champions League last night in what will go down as a memorable debut for all the wrong reasons.

After conceding three goals in the first 15 minutes, he was substituted after just 17 minutes. Two of these resulted from major individual errors by the goalkeeper, including a slip that led to the first goal.

The youngster was seen upset as he walked straight down the tunnel after Tottenham manager Igor Tudor elected to take him off. The Italians claimed this was to protect Kinski, but the decision has since been described as cruel.

IDNES, a major Czech newspaper and leading football source, now says Kinski will have to leave somehow. He says the young player is at ‘rock bottom’ after Tuesday’s game. The perception is that this incident will continue to ‘drag’ him until the end of his career.

According to the newspaper, the Tottenham youngster needs a quick solution. He will have to leave as soon as the transfer window opens. No matter on loan, or on permanent basis.

He needs a club where he feels trusted. Somewhere he can forget and remove the ‘annoying’ memory from his mind.

Loris Karius is a prime example of this. He has never moved on from Liverpool so quickly and their Champions League final horror show has been following them ever since.

Kinski wants to avoid this at all costs. He has ‘no other option’ but to leave Tottenham and prove himself elsewhere. It would be foolish to dwell on ‘disintegrating’ Spurs. If he wants to save his career, he will have to leave, and find himself somewhere else.

This should give Kinski hope. But as IDNES says, first he has to leave Tottenham and find himself a new home.

Ever since the Houston Rockets lost Fred VanVleet to a potential season-ending injury before the year started, it has been reported that they have explored the market for a veteran point guard. One such player became available this weekend when the Dallas Mavericks opted to release Tyus Jones at his request.

However, according to NBA insider Marc Stein, the Rockets could look for point guard help in the final stretch of the regular season, but they reportedly have no plans to make any roster moves at this time.

Right now, the Rockets have an open roster spot that could potentially go to Tyus Jones at some point following his release. Jones has until the final day of the regular season, April 12, to sign with a team to be eligible to play in the playoffs.

Before his release, Jones had appeared in eight games for the Mavericks, including two starts, averaging a little over 16 minutes per game. He averaged 3.9 points, 1.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists, while shooting only 38.2 percent from the field and 21.1 percent from the 3-point line. Jones was acquired by the Mavericks at the trade deadline in a deal with the Charlotte Hornets involving Malachi Brahman.

Since the start of the season, the Rockets have gone with a larger lineup, using Amen Thompson at point guard in VanVleet’s absence. His primary backup has been Reed Shepard, while veteran Aaron Holiday may also play minutes. Should the Rockets sign Jones, it’s unclear exactly where he would fit on the depth chart.
