Luke Littler’s dream of signing Angelo Stiller for Manchester United could be a pipe dream if BILD is to be believed.

The German newspaper reported on the 24-year-old VfB Stuttgart midfielder today. And it looks like Littler’s dream of seeing him at Old Trafford will not be fulfilled.

The darts champion went viral this week when he was asked at the Darts Premier League in Berlin who his favorite German footballer was. His answer was Stiller. He then added a transfer request to Stuttgart Star.

“Come United! Please, come to us! We need help. Casemiro is leaving us,” He said. Interestingly, Stiller saw the clip and liked it.

According to BILD, there’s something in the request, too. They report that the Red Devils made contact with Angelo Stiller last summer in the hope of signing him in the final stages of the transfer window.

But Manchester United were rejected. The Stuttgart midfielder did not want to leave the cup winners. His main goal at that time was to remain a key player and make it to the World Cup.

He is not working at the moment. Although he is a key player at Stuttgart, the question is whether he will make it into the Germany team. Hopefully he will be able to take advantage of his opportunity during this international break.

Playing on the big stage will also give him a chance to showcase his skills at the top clubs in the world.

Manchester United’s interest calmed down

This is necessary because BILD also reported that no club has recently expressed concrete interest in Angelo Stiller to VfB.

After defeating the New Orleans Pelicans, the New York Knicks have won seven games in a row, and superfan and actor Ben Stiller was excited.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Stiller was once again live-posting during the Knicks-Pelicans game. After the final buzzer, he wrote on Twitter, “7 in a row”.

This should come as no surprise to fans. Stiller watches almost every game, and is one of the team’s most devoted fans. They will play the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday, March 26 to potentially win their eighth consecutive game.

Ben Stiller’s Knicks move on after defeating Pelicans

On Tuesday, March 24, the Knicks defeated the Pelicans by five points to win their seventh consecutive game. It was New York’s 48th win of the year.

The win also means the Knicks have defeated the Pelicans in their two games this season. Like their most recent game, New York defeated New Orleans by five points in their last game on December 29, 2025.

Jalen Brunson once again led the Knicks in scoring, scoring 32 points in the win. He was highly efficient, making 11 of his 19 shots and eight of nine free throws. He also had a team-leading eight assists.

Brunson wasn’t the only player to score more than 20 points. OG Anunoby scored 21 points in his 40 minutes of playing time. Karl-Anthony Towns also scored 21 points and had 14 rebounds, the most by any player on either team.

There are only nine games left in the regular season before the playoffs begin. Currently, the Knicks are competing with the Boston Celtics for the second seed. The Celtics are 47-24, trailing both the Detroit Pistons, who have a record of 52-19.

More likely is that all three teams will reach the playoffs. The Knicks are hoping for a better end to their season than last year. They made it to the Eastern Conference Finals before being eliminated in six games by the Indiana Pacers.

Knicks are flying high after crushing Wizards

On Sunday, March 22, the Knicks defeated the Wizards 145–113. Granted, the Wizards have the second-worst record in the NBA. They are 16-55 with losses and the Indiana Pacers are the only team with a worse record (15-56).

Meanwhile, the Knicks are 47-25 and still competing for the second seed in the Eastern Conference. The Boston Celtics are 47-24, and New York can still catch them. They are still five games behind the top-seeded Detroit Pistons (51-19) in the conference.

Towns was the game’s leading scorer against the Wizards. He made nine of his 13 shots in the game, and he made all seven free throws.

Jalen Brunson was also not far behind, scoring 23 points in the win. He also had four assists and one steal. Josh Hart and Mikal Bridges scored 16 and 14 points, respectively.

There are 10 games left in the 2025-26 NBA season. The Knicks will host the New Orleans Pelicans before a four-game road trip. They will play the Charlotte Hornets, Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Texans and Memphis Grizzlies before returning home to host the Chicago Bulls on April 3.

The latest injury report shows that players like Micah Potter, Obi Toppin, Ben Shepard, Quenton Jackson, TJ McConnell, Andrew Nembhard, Ivica Zubac and Aaron Nesmith are questionable for the game due to their various injuries.

However, it is doubtful that Pascal Siakam will be able to play. He is currently struggling with a right knee sprain and will need more time to recover.

As for the Knicks, they have very few players on the injury report. However, one of them is guard Jalen Brunson, the driving force of the offense, who is questionable for the game. However, Mitchell Robinson is doubtful. Miles McBride is still out after undergoing surgery for a core muscle injury.

Currently, the Pacers have the worst record in the NBA at 15-53. Still, the game is important for the Knicks, who currently sit in third place in the Eastern Conference. They are just five games behind the Detroit Pistons (48-19). The Boston Celtics are among them with a record of 45–23.

Brunson made the biggest splash, but he wasn’t the only impact player. Karl-Anthony Towns scored 21 points and was extremely efficient, making eight of his 13 shots. OG Anunoby also scored 22 points while making 70% of his shots from the floor and all five of his free throws.

Jordan Clarkson also scored 27 points off the bench. In 26 minutes, Clarkson made 10 of his 15 shots with four free throws. Clarkson is averaging only 8.9 points per game this year, so this was a phenomenal performance for the guard.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Adebayo had a career day when he scored 83 points. The Heat defeated the Washington Wizards 150–129.

The game was never really close. Miami led 40–29 after the first quarter and they led 76–62 at halftime. Despite the lead always being large, Adebayo continued to score.

His 83 points came after shooting 43 free throws, 36 of which were made. He also shot 20-43 from the floor, including 7-22 from behind the three-point line. Additionally, Adebayo had nine rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks. While the scoring was high, he also had five turnovers.

This game raised Adebayo’s average. He now has averages of 20 points, 9.8 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. This is just shy of his career best in points (following the 2022–23 season, during which he averaged 20.4 points per game).

Adebayo is a former first round pick by the Heat in the 2017 NBA draft out of Kentucky. Throughout his career, he has been named to three NBA All-Star teams. In 2024, he was named to the NBA All-Defensive First Team. He has also been named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team four times (from 2020 to 2023).

Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham had a night at Madison Square Garden on Thursday and led the New York Knicks to a game-high 42 points.

With Cunningham scoring at will, the Pistons defeated the Knicks 126–111 for their fourth consecutive win.

The two-time All-Star made 17-of-34 shots from the field, including 5-of-11 from long range. He added eight rebounds, 13 assists and two blocks as he continued to show that he should also be considered the face of the NBA.

Actor Ben Stiller, a longtime Knicks fan, praised Cunningham’s stellar performance.
