According to AS journalist information, Andre Santos is now an official player of Manchester United. He informed that the 22-year-old player has signed a contract with United till 2031. It also includes an option for another year.
The midfielder signed his contract this afternoon and according to Burgos, an official announcement will be made in the next few hours.
Manchester United have stepped up their move for the Chelsea midfielder this week as they plan a major midfield rebuild for Michael Carrick this summer.
With a deal for Atalanta's Ederson With a medical still pending, they have moved quickly to complete a reported £50m deal for the Chelsea midfielder. The belief is that the two will play together in United's midfield going forward.

The Brazilian is at Stamford Bridge following a €12.5 million move from Vasco da Gama in 2023. He returned to the Brazilian club on loan that year and then enjoyed loan spells at Nottingham Forest and Strasbourg for the last three years.
He returned to Chelsea last summer but struggled to establish himself under Enzo Maresca last season. This changed under Liam Rosenior. He also worked with them at Strasbourg and ultimately finished the campaign with 43 appearances in all competitions.
However, of his 27 appearances in the Premier League, only 13 were starts. He was on the bench for 10 games, which reflects his role for the Blues. The assumption was that he would be a Xabi Alonso to be seen this summer. But this has not been proven to be the case.
Instead, he is heading north to Manchester United, where he has signed his new contract becoming the first player to sign in the summer transfer window.
