曼尼恩有六年在 NFL 打四分衛的經驗。在聯盟任職期間，他曾效力於洛杉磯公羊隊（在聖路易斯公羊隊效力一年）和明尼蘇達維京人隊。 2023-24賽季結束後退役，曼尼恩於2024年與包裝工隊簽約，擔任助理教練。
