Manchester City star is not closing the door on League 1
Erling Haaland has carried his Manchester City form forward to play for Norway at the World Cup. He scored four goals in the first two matches against Iran and Senegal.
Norway are second in Group I, level on points with leaders France and have qualified for the next round. Both will face each other in the last group stage match on Friday.
Ahead of the clash, Alf-Inge Haaland, the 25-year-old's father, spoke out RMC SportRothen ignites.
RMC Sport was curious to know if the frontman had the opportunity to join Paris Saint-Germain in the past.
"I don't know. PSG is a fantastic club, and I wish them all the best. They're coming off two incredible seasons with those two Champions League titles. It's a huge club, but the rumors weren't established at the time. The timing wasn't right; it wasn't the right time. PSG remains a top club, and I wish them all the best," He said.
When immediately asked if Haaland would move to Ligue 1, Alf-Inge explained: "I don't know. Time will tell, but nothing is impossible."

"Nobody can replace Pep Guardiola, but this is a new chapter for Manchester City," He added.
"It seems that Enzo Maresca will replace him. He is a good choice, even if he has had a difficult season. I think he will enjoy Erling's company and it is a new era. Nobody will be like Guardiola, but we have to do our best."
